The combined air-conditioning box is an air-handling equipment assembled from various air-handling functional sections. Suitable for air conditioning system with resistance greater than 100Pa. The air handling function sections of the unit include: air mixing, flow sharing, filtration, cooling, primary and secondary heating, dehumidification, humidification, forced draft fan, return fan, water spray, noise elimination, heat recovery and other units. According to the classification of structure type, it can be divided into horizontal, vertical and ceiling type; according to the classification of application characteristics, it can be divided into general unit, fresh air unit, purification unit and special unit (such as roof unit, subway unit and special unit for computer room, etc.); It can also be classified according to specifications, and the basic specifications of the unit can be expressed by rated air volume.

For general civil combined air-conditioning boxes, the common functional sections include new return air section, coarse filter section, surface cooling or addition section, fan section, air outlet section, etc. On this basis, the purified air-conditioning unit has added humidification section, average flow section, medium-effect filter section, muffler section, several intermediate sections, etc. The surface cooling section is generally separated from the heating section, and some are also equipped with high-efficiency filter section and water spray section. Not only the length of the unit is long, but also because the purification system is large and complex, the resistance of the unit itself and the system is large, and the fan pressure head of the air conditioning unit is required to be high.

Common purified combined air-conditioning boxes generally include the following functional sections (arranged in the order of common combinations): fresh air section, initial effect section, return air section, surface cooling section, fan section, and several intermediate sections to be set. Such as the system clean requirements are higher, the unit is sometimes set high efficiency filter section, sub high efficiency filter section or high efficiency filter section. If it is used in some places with low humidity or low noise requirements, it must also set up a dehumidification section or a muffler section.
